The lyrics of the song (op. 61b/4) can be found in Larin-Kyösti’s collection Tän pojan kevätrallatuksia (This Boy’s Spring Songs), published in 1897. The script went to the Muntra Musikanter male voice choir in March 1907. The twenty-bars song with a note “Moderato, lightly” for the performance is probably interpreted at its best by a small, agile group. The openly flirtatious text has clear goals: to get closer, to find a partner, to have fun.

Laulun (op. 61b/4) teksti löytyy Larin-Kyöstin 1897 ilmestyneestä kokoelmasta Tän pojan kevätrallatuksia. Käsikirjoitus lähti Muntra Musikanter -mieskuorolle maaliskuussa 1907. Moderato, keveästi -esitysmerkinnöin varustettu parikymmentahtinen laulu lienee parhaimmillaan notkean pienyhtyeen tulkitsemana. Keimailevalla ja avoimen hakkailevalla tekstillä on selkeät päämäärät: päästä lähemmäksi, löytää partneri ja pitää hauskaa.
